How Long We Store Your Information

Uploaded filesRetained while linked to your account or an active order. Files will be removed when the associated account is deleted.

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Solidity Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Our Services

We provide on-demand 3D printing services. You upload 3D model files, receive a quote, and we manufacture and ship the finished product to you.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms.

Uploaded Files

You represent that you have the right to upload and have printed any 3D model files you submit. You retain ownership of your files. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to use the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not share, sell, or redistribute your designs, except as necessary with the service providers listed in this document.

Prohibited Items

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We will not produce firearms, firearm components, weapons, or any other items we deem dangerous, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

Orders and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Quotes are valid at the time of generation and may change if print settings or materials are modified.
  • Payment is required before manufacturing begins.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

Shipping

We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Refunds and Returns

As each item is custom manufactured, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or materially differs from the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and software are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any printed product is suitable and safe for its intended use. We accept no liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss arising from the use of products manufactured through our service. By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for how the printed product is used.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

We may update this document from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
